Professional Scrum Product Owner® (PSPO) is a hands-on, activity-based course where students explore how Product Ownership is crucial to the success of a product. Throughout the class, students learn a number of practices that they can use once they leave the classroom. Students will learn how Professional Scrum helps them to move from a project mindset to a product mindset. At the end of the class students will understand how the shift in mindset and new practices can be put into action with Agile Product Management. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification exam.
